Dont they look beautiful? and functional too, one can never have enough pin cushions!  Stitch a laser cut felt doily onto wool or felt.  Then go to town embellishing it!

Fabric Embellished Bloom Brooch – 1 Day Workshop
Fabrics, beads, threads, charms, fusing, colouring…. all blended together to create wonderful wearable pieces.  Pin then on your scarves, coats, hat or beret … They make wonderful trim for custom made gift boxes.
